BOHOL 2007: Loboc River Cruise

The first and only one of its kind in the Philippines is the Loboc River Cruise on a Floating Restaurant. It is another attraction which made Bohol famous and simply an ingenious way of attracting tourist.
Here you can cruise Loboc River while enjoying a buffet of fresh seafood, meat and tropical fruits to the sound of a live band for only Php300.00 (cheaper for kids).
The cruise kick-off at Laoay Bridge and sails for at least an hour.
The boat is big enough to hold a buffet of seafoods, a live band, and probably 20 hungry tourists.
The MGB Geohazard Assessment Team enjoying the cruise.

The boat stops at a bahay kubo (hut) where a local choir serenade tourists in their native tongue with a little bit of dancing (or swaying). Any amount tourists donates is appreciated.

The cruise was a feast for the stomach as well as the eyes..
